Falling Cat Media’s Policies

  1. Deposit Requirement:

    • A 50% deposit of the total package value is mandatory for each session booking.

  2. Payment Procedure:

    • Deposits must be submitted via e-transfer within 48 hours of booking confirmation.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • Bookings may be canceled by either party via email at any time.

    • Deposits are refundable only if the client cancels 24 hours before the scheduled photoshoot.

    • No-shows are considered cancellations, and the deposit is non-refundable.

  4. Falling Cat Media Cancellation:

    • In the event of cancellation by Falling Cat Media, the deposit will be promptly refunded.

  5. Full Payment:

    • The full payment must be settled within 72 hours following the completion of the photoshoot.

  6. Consequences of Non-Payment:

    • Failure to make the full payment within the stipulated timeframe will result in the deletion of the photos.

  7. Photo Selection and Color Correction:

    • Clients are required to select photos for color correction within one month of receiving the contact sheet via email.

    • Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of color correction rights.

    • Clients desiring to regain color correction rights must purchase new rights.

  8. Special Rules for In-Convention Photoshoots:

    • Due to high demand, special rules apply for in-convention photoshoots, superseding other Falling Cat Media policies.

    • The deposit for in-convention photoshoots is 100% of the total package value.

    • Refunds for in-convention photoshoots are only applicable if the client cancels at least 72 hours before the convention begins.

  9. Punctuality:

    • Sessions will commence promptly at the scheduled time.
